What extra expenses are added to my order?

All prices of the products are including VAT. The only extra expenses we add are transport expenses. We use a courier service that guarantees that your order will reach your address. The price for the transport depends on the weight of the order without the packing material. Further the distance from Romania is also a factor in the calculation of the transportation cost. The price of the packing material and it's weight for transportation are born by Frumoro. Before you complete the order the cost of transportation will be clearly mentioned. This amount is without the VAT applicable in the country of delivery. On the invoice the total cost of the ordered products is displayed including the VAT. Also the cost of transportation is including VAT. The total amount of VAT is mentioned for your information.
