This black ceramic stew pot is made from natural black clay. The pot is made by hand on a potter’s wheel and afterwards hand sculpted and naturally dried. The pot can be used many ways either for display or to present a stew to the middle of the table. The region where these are made in the upper middle of Bucovina is known for the tradition of making pottery with this clay.
